Investor Relations Manager

A specialist growth investment platform is seeking a Manager, Capital Formation & Investor Relations to join its Amsterdam team.

The platform invests at the intersection of sports IP and technology, backing growth-stage businesses and sports assets benefiting from changes in technology, consumer behaviour, distribution and monetisation.

Structured as an evergreen platform and building towards approximately €500 million, the firm is developing a long-term international investor base of families, entrepreneurs and institutional investors. This is a hands-on role with meaningful external responsibility and direct exposure to the CIO, founders and senior advisers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with prospective LPs across family offices, entrepreneurs, HNWIs and institutional investors
• Take ownership of investor relationships from introduction through follow-up, diligence and closing
• Manage fundraising execution, including the CRM pipeline, DDQs, data-room processes, investor materials and subscription coordination
• Support LP events and ongoing investor communications while ensuring relationships progress in a structured and professional manner

Requirements

• Approximately 5–8 years of relevant experience in investor relations or fundraising within private equity, growth equity, venture capital, a placement agent, alternatives platform or sophisticated private wealth environment
• Strong understanding of private-markets fundraising and experience working with sophisticated LPs
• Existing relationships across European family offices, entrepreneurs or HNWIs are valuable, although a portable LP book is not required
• Strong financial fluency, excellent English communication skills and an entrepreneurial, organised and relationship-driven approach
